Think about the following questions prior to class on Monday:

1) How is the United States fighting the War on Terror?

2) How successful has this fight been?

3) What are the consequences of the methods the United States is using to fight the War on Terror?

4) Respond to this quote: "I'd seen the same pattern repeatedly: America was trying to kill its way to victory.  But the War on Terror was producing new enemies wherever it spread.  How does a war like that ever end?"


Be prepared to write about and discuss these questions in class on Monday.
